Network

The right expertise, assembled around the transaction.

A private-company transaction needs the right specialist at the right moment, briefed properly, with one point holding the coordination.

Two ways in

One network, approached from either side.

For clients

Specialist support, coordinated

We define the need, identify specialists who fit it, and stay involved through execution. Scope is agreed before any introduction. While the network is being built, introductions are made case by case.

  • The need is defined before a name is offered
  • Specialists to be selected on fit, experience and working style
  • One coordination point through completion
  • Each specialist is engaged directly by the client

For partners

A working relationship

The intended model is a relationship-driven network around privately held business transitions, with each introduction carrying context, a defined scope and a client prepared for the conversation.

  • Briefed work rather than cold referrals
  • A proposed written standard rather than a directory listing
  • Clear conflict and confidentiality expectations
  • Each professional remains responsible for their own work

The system

Disciplines coordinated around the transaction.

Categories describe the work, not a roster. No partner is named or displayed until that relationship and its permissions are in place.

The Proposed Partner Standard

The standard we intend to hold specialist relationships to.

This standard is proposed, not yet operational. It is published here so it can be reviewed and agreed before any specialist is introduced under it. No specialist has yet been vetted against it.

Credentials and licensing

Current licensing and credentials for the discipline, to be verified before any introduction.

Privately held experience

Privately held experience to be demonstrated and reviewed before introduction.

Confidentiality

Written confidentiality obligations intended to survive the engagement.

Responsiveness

A response expectation to be agreed in writing, because transaction timelines do not wait.

Insurance

Professional liability coverage appropriate to the discipline, to be confirmed before introduction.

Conflicts

Conflicts to be checked and disclosed before an introduction, not after.

Fee transparency

Scope and fee to be stated in writing to the client before work begins.

Quality

Work to be reviewed against what was scoped, with us accountable for the introduction we made.

Client communication

Direct communication with the client, to be kept clear and documented.

Each professional is engaged directly by the client and remains solely responsible for their own professional services. We coordinate the engagement but do not assume professional responsibility for another professional's work, and we do not provide legal, accounting, tax or securities advice. Any referral compensation arrangement is disclosed in writing before an introduction is made. The compensation model for each partner category is still being set and is not represented as final on this page.
